Orthographic Architectural Watercolors

Watercolor-rendered orthographic images show site plans, floor plans, and elevations in a warm, soft light. They combine the rigor of construction drawings with the storytelling of a finished painting. An orthographic view is technical by nature, a straight-on plan or elevation. Watercolor softens that technical quality without losing the accuracy the drawing is built on. Presenting Architecture produces watercolor orthographics for site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections, often for marketing materials and donor packages where a flat technical drawing alone wouldn’t carry the project’s character.
