Watercolor Aerial Architectural Renderings
Aerial watercolor renderings show a project from raised viewpoints. They give viewers a sweeping look at the site, its context, and its surroundings in one evocative image. This view works well when a project needs to be understood at the scale of its site, not just one building. Roads, neighboring properties, topography, and surrounding context all read clearly from above. Presenting Architecture produces aerial watercolors for master plans, campuses, and large mixed-use developments. They’re often paired with a photorealistic aerial used earlier in the design process. The watercolor version tends to land better in public hearings, donor materials, and marketing pieces, where tone matters as much as accuracy.
