L & M Designs creates visualizations for anyone who needs to describe a product, a space or place to their clients. We work with the Architectural and Design community, Real Estate firms, Developers and other businesses requiring visualizations of their special projects and products. We will: prepare 2D drawings for design of buildings or working drawings for construction; create 3D models and renderings/ images to better describe the form and spaces of your project; apply artistic effects to computer renderings for a traditional hand rendered feel; create animated walkthroughs or interactive panoramic visualizations.
