Architectural Drawing: How to Sketch Like an Architect
Tuesdays, August 30 – October 4, 6–8:15pm
Chicago arguably has the most beautiful skyline in North America, perhaps in the world. Learn how to rapidly document the interiors and exteriors of buildings in your own graphic vocabulary. The class will stress a formulaic approach to developing exceptional compositions using thumbnail diagrams and basic perspective. Emphasis will be placed on loose, free hand drawing techniques in lieu of technical drawing. This class is appropriate for beginners with no experience.
