Case study

Glydways

Glydways builds autonomous transit systems. They had working prototypes and small test tracks, but wanted more to better allow municipalities, transit districts and the public understand how the systems would look and operate. Presenting Architecture filled that gap producing renderings, animations, and VR, giving people something to experience. See how stills, animation, and VR each do a different job.

San Jose approved it

San Jose approved a Glydways airport connector system. Presenting Architectures renderings and animations were presented at various public hearings and publicity during this process.

Atlanta broke ground

Atlanta broke ground on this test system public transportation in 2025. Presenting Architecture’s renderings, animations and VR experience were an integral part of getting it there.

Dubai signed on

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority signed on to build a Glydways network across the city. The VR experience Presenting Architecture produced was used extensively to help stakeholders understand and experience how the Glydways system looks and functions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What was Presenting Architecture’s role on the Glydways project?

Presenting Architecture produced renderings, animation, and a VR experience for Glydways, an autonomous pod transit system, supporting pitch and public-facing materials for projects worldwide.

How do renderings help a new transportation technology win public approval?

When a new technology has only a prototype; renderings, animation, and VR give city councils, transit authorities, and the public a real way to picture and experience the finished system before voting to approve it.

Do you produce VR experiences in addition to renderings and animation?

Yes. For Glydways, a VR experience built alongside the renderings and animation travels with the company to trade shows and public events.

Do you work with technology and infrastructure companies, not just real estate developers?

Yes. The same visualization skills that help real estate developers win approvals apply to new transit systems, infrastructure, and other technology that needs to look understandable and real before it’s built.
